Trust Registration
A charitable or religious trust needs a properly drafted deed before it can open a bank account, apply for tax exemption, or receive donations with any credibility. We prepare the deed, fix the objectives clause so it doesn't conflict with later 12A/80G applications, and handle registration with the sub-registrar.
Minimum three trustees are required, along with two witnesses. Getting the trustee details and address proof right at this stage saves a round of amendments later — amending a registered deed is far more expensive than drafting it correctly the first time.
