12A & 80G Registration
Since the provisional-to-regular registration regime came in, 12A and 80G are no longer permanent approvals — they're granted for a fixed period and need renewal before expiry, with fresh documentation each time. We track your renewal date so it doesn't lapse quietly.
The application requires the trust deed, activity notes, financial statements and trustee declarations, all prepared to match what the department expects. A mismatch between what's declared and what the books show is the most common reason applications get sent back for clarification.
