Who we are

A compliance desk for businesses that would rather be running the business

WEWIN Tax Consultancy is a tax and compliance firm based in Karur, Tamil Nadu, with a branch at Kulithalai. We handle GST returns, income tax filing, company and LLP incorporation, statutory and tax audit, PF/ESI compliance, and bank funding advisory for small and mid-sized businesses across Karur district.

Most of our clients came to us the same way: a notice they didn't expect, a return that went out late, or an accountant who left without handing anything over. The fix is rarely complicated. It's someone tracking the calendar, keeping the books clean enough to file from, and picking up the phone when the department writes to you.

That's the whole job. We do it monthly, on a fixed fee, and you find out about problems from us rather than from a portal notice.

More about the firm
What we handle

Six desks, one point of contact

You deal with one person here. Behind them, the work routes to whichever desk it belongs to.

Start a company

Private Limited, LLP, partnership firm, proprietorship, Section 8, Nidhi, producer company, trust, or an Indian arm of a foreign parent — chosen on the facts, not on whatever is fashionable.

Entity types & what suits you

Audit & assurance

Statutory audit under Indian and international GAAP, tax audit, internal audit, special audits, due diligence, and cleaning up accounts that have drifted from reality.

How an audit runs here

Tax advisory

Income tax planning and filing, scrutiny assessments and appeals, NRI and foreign company advisory, rectifications and refund follow-ups, litigation support, tax due diligence.

Planning, notices & appeals

Bis-Registration

BIS registration for jewellers requires business PAN, GST certificate, proof of business address, and identity documents for the proprietor or all partners/directors depending on entity type.

Planning, notices & appeals

Csr1-Registration

CSR-1 registration is what makes a trust or Section 8 company eligible to receive corporate social responsibility funding under the Companies Act. It's a one-time filing with the MCA, verified by a practicing professional, and requires the trust to already hold 12A registration.

Planning, notices & appeals

Documents-Required

Business address proof: rental agreement, or ownership document, plus latest EB bill and municipal tax receipt

Planning, notices & appeals

Fcra-Registration

FCRA registration is one of the more document-heavy approvals a trust will go through — three years of audit reports and activity reports, chief functionary details

Planning, notices & appeals

Gem-Registration

Selling to government buyers means being registered as a seller on GeM, with your GST and MSME/Udyam certificates.

Planning, notices & appeals

Huf-Formation

We prepare the HUF deed naming the Karta and co-parceners, draft the supporting affidavit, and apply for a separate PAN in the HUF's name

Planning, notices & appeals

Lei-Certificate

RBI now requires an LEI for large-value transactions, certain loan facilities and derivative deals.

Planning, notices & appeals

Networth-Certificate

A networth certificate lists movable and immovable assets, investments and bank balances against outstanding liabilities, arriving at a net figure

Planning, notices & appeals

Ngo-Darpan-Registration

NGO Darpan is NITI Aayog's registry of voluntary organisations, and the unique ID it issues is checked at multiple later stages.

Planning, notices & appeals

Oem-Registration

Requirements differ by entity type — a proprietorship needs address proof and a rental agreement, a company needs its certificate of incorporation and member documents.

Planning, notices & appeals

Opc-Registration

It converts automatically to a private limited company once turnover or paid-up capital crosses the prescribed threshold, so it also scales with the business.

Planning, notices & appeals

Rental-Deed

We draft rental and lease deeds between landlord and tenant, with the terms, rent, deposit and duration stated clearly, witnessed and stamped as required.

Planning, notices & appeals

Rera-Registration

Promoter registration needs title deeds, encumbrance certificate, commencement certificate and sanctioned plans.

Planning, notices & appeals

Spices-Apeda-Registration

APEDA registration covers a broader category of agricultural and processed food exports and needs GST, PAN, Aadhaar and product-specific details.

Planning, notices & appeals

Trust-Registration

A charitable or religious trust needs a properly drafted deed before it can open a bank account, apply for tax exemption, or receive donations with any credibility.

Planning, notices & appeals

Bank funding

Loan feasibility advisory, working capital funding, and loans against property — structured for the terms and security you can actually live with afterwards.

Getting the file bank-ready

Monthly compliances

GST returns, income tax returns, PF and ESI filings, ROC compliances, labour law, outsourced accounting — the recurring work that quietly becomes a penalty if nobody owns it.

What a monthly retainer covers

Registrations & licences

MSME/Udyam, FSSAI, trademark and copyright, import–export code, ISO, digital signature, FCRA, factory licence — obtained, renewed, and tracked so nothing lapses.

Why WEWIN

Three things we won't do

Most complaints about accountants come down to the same handful of failures. These are ours to avoid.

Go quiet

You get told about a problem when we find it, not when the department does. Calls get returned the same working day.

Hold your records hostage

Your books, logins and filings are yours. If you ever leave, you leave with everything, handed over properly.

Surprise you with a bill

Recurring compliance runs on a fixed monthly fee agreed upfront. One-off work gets quoted before it starts.

Straight answers

Questions we get asked most

No jargon, no "it depends" without saying what it depends on.

Ask us yours

What does a tax consultant in Karur actually do for a small business?

Keeps your statutory filings on time and correct. For a typical Karur business that means monthly GST returns, TDS payments and returns, PF and ESI remittances, annual income tax filing, and the bookkeeping that feeds all of them. We handle these on a fixed monthly retainer so the deadlines stop being your problem.

When are GST returns due every month?

For monthly filers, GSTR-1 is due on the 11th of the following month and GSTR-3B on the 20th. Businesses on the QRMP scheme file GSTR-1 quarterly by the 13th after quarter end and pay tax monthly through PMT-06 by the 25th. CBIC extends individual dates by notification from time to time, so confirm before you rely on them.

Do I have to file an income tax return if my business made a loss?

If you run a company or a partnership firm, yes — both must file every year regardless of income or loss. For individuals and proprietors the basic exemption limit applies. But filing in a loss year is what lets you carry that loss forward against future profits, so it's usually worth doing anyway.

How long does it take to register a Private Limited Company?

Usually 10 to 15 working days once every director's documents, digital signatures and the proposed name are ready. Name approval and the SPICe+ incorporation filing set the pace. Delays almost always come from incomplete director KYC or a name that clashes with an existing company or trademark.

What happens if I miss a GST or PF due date?

Late GST filing attracts a daily late fee plus interest on unpaid tax, and it blocks your buyers from claiming input credit on your invoices — which is usually what gets you the angry phone call. Late PF and ESI remittance attracts interest and damages, and the contribution stops being deductible. Catching up always costs more than filing on time.

Bring us the pile you've been avoiding

Late returns, an open notice, books nobody has touched in a year — we've seen worse, and the first conversation costs nothing.
