Legal Entity Identifier (LEI) Certificate
Banks now ask for a valid LEI before processing certain large-value transactions, loan facilities above a threshold, and derivative trades — for companies, LLPs, partnership firms, trusts, HUFs and proprietorships alike. The documents required differ by entity type.
We identify which document set applies to your entity type, file the LEI application through an accredited Local Operating Unit, and track the annual renewal date so a lapsed LEI doesn't hold up a transaction you didn't see coming.
